Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the Zivio to your phone, determine if the problem is with the Zivio, the phone, or the connection between them.
– Ensure that the Bluetooth feature is activated on your phone. Can you find the Zivio in the list of paired devices? Is your phone’s Bluetooth turned on? You can turn your phone’s Bluetooth off by placing it into airplane mode or manually.
– Check that the Zivio is within 10 meters (30 feet) of your phone and that there are
no obstructions between the Zivio and the phone, such as walls or other electronic
devices. When the Zivio powers on, do the LEDs flash alternating RED
and BLUE
? If so, this indicates that your phone has not previously paired with a headset that it can
currently locate.
– If the Zivio is charged, but not functioning, plug it into the power adapter or USB port on your computer. This will reset the Zivio, but will not clear your settings (for example, pairing settings).
