Switch the Zivio ON or OFF
To switch ON, press and hold the Power button
for several seconds. The indicator light
will flash GREEN
when the Zivio powers on and
then either alternating RED BLUE RED
to indicate it is in pairing mode or STAY OFF to indicate that it has paired with another
device that it has previously paired with.
To switch OFF, press and hold the Power button
. The indicator light
briefly flashes RED
before the Zivio shuts off. Your device may let you know that it has
dropped the connection with the Zivio.
Checking battery level
To check the battery level, tap the Power button
. The indicator light will briefly flash the current power level, with BLUE meaning fully charged, PURPLE meaning partly charged, and RED meaning low battery

Three-way calling (TWC)
If you receive another call while already on call, the Zivio will emit an audio tone, to send new caller directly to Voicemail Double-Tap the Joby button. To place your current caller on hold and take new call, Tap the Joby button once.
You can toggle between active and held calls by tapping the Joby button.

Call handling
To make outgoing calls or answer incoming calls, use your phone as you would normally.
A GREEN
indicator light will flash slowly during the call.
If your phone supports voice dialing, double-tap the Joby button 
and speak into the Zivio
microphone to place a call.
To answer an incoming call, tap the Joby button
or use phone's answer button.
To end a call, press the Joby button
or use the phone button.
Adjust the earphone volume
During a call, press the Volume Up button
or Volume Down button
to increase or decrease
the call volume, respectively. To adjust the volume quickly, press and hold the button in
the desired direction.
Protect your hearing!
Using the Zivio at extremely high volumes could potentially cause damage to your hearing. Use caution and operate at a reasonable, comfortable volume.
Mute or unmute the microphone
To mute or unmute the microphone during a call, press both of the Volume buttons 
simultaneously. A long tone is played, and the Zivio will beep at regular intervals until
the microphone is unmuted.
Disconnect the Zivio from the phone
There are three ways to disconnect the Zivio from your phone:
– Switch off the Zivio.
– Disconnect the Zivio in the Bluetooth menu on your phone.
– Move the Zivio more than 10 meters (30 feet) away from the phone.
(You do not need to delete the pairing with the Zivio to disconnect it.)
Reconnect the paired Zivio to your phone
To reconnect the Zivio to your phone, power on the Zivio and use your phone’s menu to connect it. Most modern phones (as of Bluetooth version 1.1) will connect to the Zivio whenever both devices are powered on and available.
Using the Zivio with several devices
You may use your Zivio with multiple devices at the same time by enabling the multi
point feature. First, pair your Zivio to the two devices. Next, enter multi point mode mode
by simultaneously tapping the Power
and Joby
buttons. The Zivio will flash green indicating
it is connected to both devices. The Zivio will only transmit audio through one
device at a time, but will be able to transmit audio on either device as long as they are
both within range.
Clear Zivio settings
To clear all settings from the Zivio (for example, the list of paired devices), press and hold
the Power
and Volume Up
buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
Turn off the blinking indicator lights
You can stop the Zivio indicator lights from blinking during calls by toggling the "Call in Progress" lighting.
To do so, press and hold the Joby
and Volume Down
buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator lights will still flash during pairing or if there is a low battery charge.
